Open up a new MS Word document, and type in the appropriate signature block that you wish to use.
Hover the mouse arrow over the graphic that you wish to use and us the "right click" button on your mouse and click "copy".
Then open up the MS Word document where you have created your new signature. Right click your mouse and click "paste" to put the graphic onto your MS Word document.
Right click the mouse button again and then select "hyperlink".
Within the new dialogue box type in your URL account for twitter etc
Repeat this exercise for each of your other accounts - Facebook, Linkedin etc.
Save the word document - but keep open.
Now open up your MS Outlook account and on the tools drop down menu select "Options"
Open the mail Format tab and then select "signatures" button.
Select "New" and give your new signature a name
Now return to the Word document and copy the new signature that you want to use including the graphics.
Paste the signature block from MS Word into the MS Outlook Create Signature open field and click ok
Save the new signature in MS Outlook and then follow the instructions to use.
Now send a test email to yourself.
Check to ensure that the links all work.
