setting up an auto responder on twitter

You may have noticed that a number of people have set up the facility to "thank you"

• Sign up for a free account at Socialoomph. 
• Add your Twitter account. Select Social Accounts - Add New Accounts - Add Twitter.
• Enter in the details of your Twitter account user name and password.
• Scroll down to the auto welcome check box - select Automatically send a welcome message to new followers.
• In the "Send this message" text box enter the message you want to send.
• Scroll down and select save at the bottom. You are done setting up your Twitter autoresponder.

Setting up feed from blogger to your twitter account

Before you start - have the following ready:

1. Target Twitter account opened 

2.The URL from Blogger for your blog

then go to twitterfeed - http://twitterfeed.com

Set up an account with Twitterfeed (or log in once set up)

Click on "Create New Feed". Enter your Twitter name and password, as well as the URL for your RSS feed. 

Set up a user name for the feed

Twitter will ask your permission to allow the feed - say yes!

Click on "create" and all done.

Now, when you create a Blogger blog post, a tweet will automatically be created and posted to your Twitter account.
